5*Hotel Peralada Wine Spa & Golf is proud to announce that its Castell de Peralada Restaurant has won its first Michelin star ! The 2018 Michelin Guide to Spain & Portugal Awards was celebrated in November 2018 at the Ritz-Carlton Abama Hotel in Tenerife.
Castell Peralada Restaurant serves up a contemporary approach to celebrated Empordà cuisine. After years of success at “El Bulli” and “Mas Pau”, chef Xavier Sagristà and head waiter and sommelier Toni Gerez - with the collaboration of Joan Moreno - have designed a creative haute-cuisine menu that reinterprets culinary tradition with avant-garde proposals.
