A Golfing Experience is a tour operator committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We understand and respect the importance of your privacy. This policy explains when and why we collect personal information from you when you use this site, how that data will be used, the conditions under which it may be disclosed to others and how it is kept secure.

The personal information which is collected from our website www.agolfingexperience.co.uk when requesting a quotation is purely used by A Golfing Experience in order to handle your request. Your details will be stored in our booking system which is hosted by a third party, Mach Associates, but will not be passed on to any other parties. Mach Associates is GDPR compliant and will not disclose your personal information.

If you book a holiday with us, we may pass on your details to our suppliers (hotels, golf courses, car hire companies, Eurotunnel, ferry companies, airlines, transfer company) in order to fulfill your booking. All personal information you give to us is provided entirely voluntarily: this information is about you and given to us by entering information via our site or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. The information you give us includes your name, address, email address, phone number. It can also include your date of birth and API (advance passenger information) which are then passed onto suppliers in order to complete a booking. API information is compulsory on most flights and you will not be permitted to board your flight without this information.

If you are an existing customer, we may contact you by email with information about products and services which are similar to those we have previously provided to you, unless you have indicated that you do not want to hear from us. You may withdraw your consent for us to use your information by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email communications or by contacting us by phone or by post. If you have requested a quotation and indicated you wish to receive our newsletter, we will contact you with our latest news and special offers. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link down the bottom of the email. Your data will be stored into our marketing database, hosted by Dolist, company also GPDR compliant.

We also keep details of your visits to this site (including, but not limited to, traffic data, website interaction and location data) and the resources that you access, your Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the Internet, your login information, device type, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions and operating system and platform which is collected and used for our internal research and statistical purposes and to improve our customer service and website user experience. This is purely used for statistical purposes and other than the IP address, it does not identify any individual. We use tools such as Google Analytics (which includes Google Campaign Manager and Google Adwords) to measure traffic and make improvements to the customer journey on our website.

When you pay your holiday by card, you will need to call us to give us your card information. We will then enter your card details straight into our secure payment terminal. This information is then encrypted and not re-usable. None of it is stored.
