Massage and Body Treatments

Whether it’s ironing out the kinks from a hard day on the links or just treating yourself to a bit
of TLC, the Sawgrass Marriott Spa’s expansive range of massage and treatments has
something for every single body. You can choose from their signature Swedish massage,
hot stones, reflexology, hand, foot and scalp combo, aromatherapy, de-stress and the big
guns of the deep tissue/sports massage. Complement those services with hydrotherapy,
nourishing body wraps, hot mineral boosts, aromatic salt scrubs and so much more. If it
sounds like bliss, it’s because it is.

Fitness Centre and Training Packages

If you’re serious about your fitness (even just a little bit), the fitness and workout centre
provides a great place to get your motor running, with cardiovascular and strength training
equipment. You can join a class or book in for private sessions with a trainer if you really
want to push yourself to the limit.

The centre also offers a range of training packages, and if you’re looking to improve your
handicap while you’ve got the chance to play on one of the best golf courses in America, we
highly recommend the Golf Stretch training package. One-on-one, you’ll learn some targeted
stretches to keep you in tip-top condition.

As Much R & R as You Can Handle

As well as the amazing range of spa and fitness services, you can take relaxation into your
own hands with some of the resort’s other facilities as well. Get in a few laps in the heated
outdoor pool, or if that sounds too energetic, just kick back and soothe those overworked
muscles in the whirlpool.

Once you’re done with your fitness, pampering or therapeutic body treatments, you don’t
have to go far for some re-energizing food and drinks. Soothies Café, located inside the spa,
has you covered and it’s the perfect place for some delicious juices and healthy meals.
