Coronavirus advice for AGE customers
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Obviously we take this very seriously.
As you would expect we currently have clients across Europe and some soon to travel.
We will work with you to make sure that your group gets the
best information and we are following our travel associations guidelines. (ABTA & AITO)
Currently all of our trips are going according to schedule until there is a change in the FCO destination travel advice https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice or flights are cancelled.

As part of our booking conditions we always advise to have adequate travel
insurance for your holidays. In this case you should contact your insurance
companies to check if you are fully covered.These policies normally only cover cancellations due
to illness & bereavement before travel and obviously anything that happens
whilst on the holiday.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you posted and if your holiday is affected we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
