Ryder Cup 2018 Paris Host Venue
Le Golf National took three years to construct and in 1990 the Albatros stadium course opened for play. It was co-designed byHubert Chesneau and von Hagge Design Associates.
The Albatros stadium course has hosted the Open de France 19 times since 1991 andwill be the site of the 2018 Ryder Cup. A purpose built competition track theAlbatros course is a firm test at 6700metres but the rolling terrain of Ireland's best links and the intimidatingwater hazards ofthe TPC Sawgrass provide the real challenge.
Recognised as one of the toughestfinishing stretches in golf a thrilling finish is always a possibility and issure to provide a great Ryder Cup competition.
