6083 m, Par 72. The Milano Golf Club was founded in 1928 and was designed by the architect Blenford. It was the only course within easy reach of the city and one of the very few in existence in Italy at that time.
The setting of the huge Park of Monza, former seat of the Austrian Empire just 20 kilometres far from Milan was ideal for the purpose with its splendid English-style parkland.
Today the Milano Golf Club is one of the most exclusive, and is difficult to get into in both senses- to be accepted for membership and to find the entrance (go right round the high walls enclosing the park to get to Porta San Giorgio).
